The platform released version 4 of the CRM and back-office software, combining the aesthetic interface and robust and outstanding functions. Let’s explore the updates and improvements that the B2Core team has to offer to the platform’s users.
Dashboard UI
A personalised command centre—the B2Core Dashboard—is enhanced with a new left bar in version 4. This update allows users to get greater control over their dashboard layout, add widgets, and thus have quick access to links, banners, and trading account information at hand.
Plus, this feature allows users to adapt to different layouts, which adds to the user-friendliness of the Dashboard, making it a dynamic and interactive space for monitoring financial activities.
Architecture
Version 4 of B2Core demonstrates a component-based front-end architecture that simplifies the development process by centralising the library of interface components — standard building blocks for the user interface. Each of these blocks can now be tested and verified independently.
This advancement allows for quick and easy interface updates while keeping the quality at the highest level. This approach reduces the need for frequent rechecks of the code, meaning that B2Core CRM users can use a more streamlined and reliable platform that can adapt and evolve more efficiently.
Wallet and Profile
Wallet and funds handling were improved to streamline the platform use.
Introducing a new right bar in the Wallet section enables users to access transaction types and recent activities with just a click on a wallet.
The reorganisation of the Transactions History section allows users to expand each transaction row to see the detailed information. Also, grouping transactions by categories under distinct tabs has made it possible to simplify the navigation process.
The Transaction Operations Module has also undergone some changes. It includes functionalities such as transfers, exchanges, deposits, withdrawals, and internal withdrawals, which are located on the withdraw page.
Trading Features
B2Core users are anticipating the launch of the B2Trader Brokerage Platform (BBP), and for a reason: it offers an advanced, user-friendly trading experience inside B2Core.
Integrating B2BinPay, a prime product of B2Broker for secure transaction management, also enhances the transaction processing within B2Core.
At the same time, with more than 1000 instruments offered by B2Broker’s liquidity solutions, B2Core users can manage every aspect of the platform setup and take care of risk mitigation.
These integrations show the company’s dedication to delivering the best user experience, ensuring the most advanced solutions and safety for transaction processing.
Profile Management
The Profile area has also been updated in the latest version of B2Core.
The area is now placed in the header, ensuring quicker access and more straightforward navigation. It also integrates user settings, a robust security module, and streamlined verification processes.
The Sign-in and Sign-up processes have been refined to ensure greater security and user-friendliness. Now, the entry into the platform has become more intuitive.
The updates were also made to the Presets page, where users can save withdrawal details.
What Else?
B2Core v4 also offers several minor UI updates to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
It empowers Introducing Brokers (IBs) with an enhanced Dashboard. Moreover, the Reports section has been improved with filtering options, and the Banners and Promo sections have also been updated.
The Bonus Management page is now divided into Bonus programs and Active Subscriptions with filtering options.
The interface has been made flexible to allow users to switch between new and old interfaces for a personalised experience.
The mobile app now features a special QR code that allows for a seamless desktop-mobile transition and comprises an in-built onboarding feature to help users learn new functionalities.
The Helpdesk chat functionality, support schedule visualisation, and ticket management UX have also been improved to streamline the user experience.
Final Remarks
